Hand made in New Zealand from Macrocarpa, this pastry tamper is a useful kitchen tool! With a different size at each end to suit standard sized tins. Simply place a small ball of pastry in the muffin tin, dust the end of the pastry tamper in flour and press down on pastry to create a nice pastry casing. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
